Criollo Cacao is the most delicate, aromatic and rare variety of this famous plant (Theobroma cacao), traditionally revered for its nutrition by the people of Central and South America. Vigor Mundi brings you the highest quality cacao, organically grown in Peru, with an exceptionally high nutrient profile and a complex lingering flavour. Our beans are meticulously selected, only briefly fermented (to retain the raw health benefits), slowly sun-dried and roasted (below 40° C), which is unique in comparison with most cacao on the market. NO ‘DUTCHING’ OR OTHER CHEMICAL PROCESSING, NO BULKING AGENTS OR ADDITIVES.
DIRECTIONS: Simply use as a portable snack or add to your favourite smoothie mix, cereal or confectionery recipes.

amazing cacao nibs!
There are cacao nibs and cacao nibs, but these certainly are my favorite! I live in the Netherlands and found Vigor Mundi products on the Noordermarkt in Amsterdam. I have been eating raw for about 15 years, and it is as if my sense of taste and smell have become more refined and more subtle than before. I very easily taste and feel differences in quality. These cacao nibs - in my feeling - are really good quality. They have a wonderful flavor!!
